It is a Glock 21 larger than a Glock 22?
I know a .45 Glock 21 and Glock 22 is a 0.40, but differ in size The weapon? I found a good chunk of a Safariland holster for Glock 22, but with my Explorer post, our red Glock, 21. So I did not want to lose money if it does fit.
Yes, it's bigger and a significant amount when it comes to Level 3 security holster. Even the lowest level will probably not accept a 21, if appropriately founded set.
