What is open to bring?
North Carolina must be as open? You could always have a pistol in a hip holster in plain sight? Could I have a shoulder holster without a jacket for her? Open carry means carrying sight. North Carolina General Statutes ยง 14-269.7 provides that you have a crime for anyone under 18 or is a firearm. There is no provision to carry open.
